	Conzoom.com is the first combined mailorder and mp3 download shop ! You are able to mailorder your favourite records and also shop for mp3-audio downloads at the same time and with the same account (exception; SpecialDownload account). Just take 2 minutes to register in our system before your first order. Your data will be saved in your MyAccount file, which allows a secure identification and a comfortable service for you. 	How long does it take to download a song ??
	Two factors are mainly influencing the time it takes to download an mp3-file. The type of your connection to the internet and the size or length of the desired song. An 5 mp3 song encoded in 192kbit is roughly 7 MB of data.
	Why do cookies have to be activated ??
	Cookies allow Conzoom.com to identify the user clearly, which increases the security level of the system. If you just want to take a surf at Conzoom.com cookies don’t have to be enabled but if you want to register and order at Conzoom.com. Please also read our privacy policy.

	Which payment methods are allowed ??
	All All standard payment methods are supported for all products at conzoom.com. Bank transfer, Credit Card, Cheque. C.O.D. is only available for mailorder in Germany. Please see payment method’s for details.
	What is the SmartDownload Registration ??
	Apart from unlimited one-by-one downloads you are welcome to register for the SmartDownload Account. It works like buying a voucher or a tenner card that enables to buy 10 or 25 mp3s for 7,99 or 19,99 Euro. You save up to 20% as one-by-one downloading costs 0,99 Euro per song. Once you purchased a Smart Download Account any mp3 ordered through the shopping cart will be subtracted from your Smart Download voucher and will be ready for download from your MyAccount menu immediately. There’s no limitation for using the SmartDownload registration, you are able to buy as many vouchers you want. If you already have or want a standard account (necessary to buy mailorder and merchandise products) you just need to register a separate SmartDownload account. After receiving your seperate login and password you can start downloading your favorite tracks for just 0,80 cent per song.
	How does the shopping cart work ??
	Your current shopping cart is displayed at the bottom of the Conzoom.com-page. If you wish to delete an item from your cart – regardless if a mp3- or a mailorder-product –simply click the delete button.

	How do I download the songs or albums ??
	If you have purchased your choice of mp3-files, you will automatically get an invoice via e-mail including your order details (see payment method’s for details). All you have to do is to go to the MyAccount login: You will find the audio files listed and ready for download with one click.
	How does the prelisting/download work ??
	All audio files at Conzoom.com are linked to a prelistening file, which helps you to decide which song or album you want to purchase. But keep in mind: all prelistening files are mono and have a much lower quality than the actual mp3 song’s you could buy at Conzoom.com. You can either download or stream the file. To listen to the prelistening audio file without download you’ll need a connection speed above 34 kb/sec. and an appropiate mp3-player (itunes, etc.) Also you are able to download te prelistening file to your harddisc.
